Lake Travis Independent School District (LTISD) transforms teaching and learning with Lenovo, Intel, Google, SHI, and Advanced Learning Partnerships (ALP).
In a pilot program, LTISD gave 20 educators access to innovative generative AI tools via Lenovo Chromebook Plus devices powered by Intel Core 5 processors. ALP and Google for Education provided high-impact instructional coaching and professional development to support the implementation of Google AI Pro for Education and Google AI tools.

This marked a shift from teacher-centered instruction to learner-centered, activity-based classes, resulting in more active student collaboration and interaction. Both students and teachers have reached a high level of proficiency in AI literacy through the use of the Gemini for Education generative AI tool in the classroom.
